Programs & Class Schedule
Aikido
Children's training 5-10 years of age: Mon & Thurs 4.30pm, Sat 9am;
10 years - mid teens: Mon & Thurs 5.15pm, Sat 9.45am;
Adult training: Mon (Beginners 6.45pm Tues & Thurs 7.30pm, Sat 10.30am.
Boxing for Fitness
Tues & Thurs 6.30am, 9.45am & 6.30pm; Wed. 6.30pm
Self Defence & Personal Safety Short Courses (5 weeks)
Wednesday 7.30-9pm
Kobudo Program
Bi-monthly seminar & 2 practice classes per week Mon & Thurs.
