The aikido dojo I train at is very friendly, fun and yet you learn so much at the same time. It enables you to laugh, forget about the day's stress and at the same time, get a great amount of workout.
You learn so much about your body and yourself. Every ngiht, I walk out of the dojo feeling refreshed with my mind all cleared (as if I have been meditating).
