Aikido is a Japanese non resistive defensive martial art. In Aikido you learn how to manage your mind and movement so you can defeat your opponent without strength or effort.
Our classes comprise of hand to hand techniques and traditional weaponry including Bokken (wooden sword) and Jo (staff)
Instructors: Ruth Frommer and Greg Hehir are 6th Dan Black Belts. They have been practicing for over 20 years and bring with them a deep understanding and knowledge of the art.

Who is suitable: Our classes are for adults. Minimum age is 18
Program: Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7.30-9.00 pm
