It doesn't matter how old you are, how fit or how co-ordinated you are, everyone at the Dojo is happy to help you learn. There are none of the "ego's" I used to find at the gym at the Dojo

A great dojo to train at with all students treated equally no matter their age or experience. New students of any age welcome, doesn't matter if you're 5 or 45. Free tryout lesson with very reasonable prices if you decide to join
