As a Martial Art it is a great concept. But it's very expensive, and in a 1. 5 hour group lesson you spend more time doing push ups, lunges, planks, running laps and doing general exercise then you do learning Technique.

If you a lot of money to spend and your more interested in cardio then learning a Martial Art technique then Arakan is great. But if your richy rich then this isn't for you.

You go to gym to exercise and a gym membership is only cheap.

You do Martial Arts to learn Martial Arts.
