Our academy consistently provides support to students who wish to excel. Our vision of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is to create winning attitudes. At Atos Jiu-Jitsu we aim to create champions on and off the mat. No matter the age or the skill level of the student. Black belt instructor Antonio Mota is determined to help you reach your goals.

Antonio Mota from Mota-Vation Brazilian Jiu Jitsu started his experience

in martial arts at the age of 8 in Kung Fu (Jeet Kune Do) then followed

by Judo at 10, Capoera at 15. He began his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at age 16

in Mato Grosso Brazil where he became an Interstate Champion five times.

In his mid twenties he travelled around Europe for four years and finally

settled down in Australia in 2007. He has since been training Brazilian

Jiu Jitsu and MMA. He was awarded his brown belt by Venancio JIU JITSU

Academia Lider de Artes and his black belt from Carlos Machado. Antonio

also has had a number of MMA fights earning a record of 3 wins, 1 KO and

2 losses.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Atos BJJ Brisbane:

Programs & Class Schedule

We have a mix of sessions throughout the week. We have fundamentals (beginner) classes from Mon-Thu at 5:30 pm. Monday we have a class at 6 PM. Tue-Thu we have 3 classes per day at 6 AM, 12 PM and 6:30 PM. Classes range between 1 and 1 and half hours. Friday morning we run a Judo class and have an open mat on Friday night between 5 PM-7 PM. On Saturday we have a class from 10 AM-12 PM. There are also kids classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
