Kalaripayattu is one of the oldest martial arts in the world. It has been taught for thousands of years in the Indian state of Kerala and has its roots in Dhanurveda, the ancient Indian science of warfare.
All classes are taught by Biju Nair a traditionally trained Kalaripayattu Instructor and Kalari Chikitsa Healer from Kerala, India.

Tuesday: 5 pm - 6.30 pm (Intermediate level)
Wednesday: 5.30 pm - 7 pm (Beginner level)
Saturday: 8.30 am - 10 am (Open level)
