We are a small studio located in Mortlake, an inner west suburb of Sydney. We train in the Ed Parker American Kenpo style, an effective self defense system.
The syllabus includes techniques, forms, sets and freestyle. We will tailor the programme to suit your "walk in" ability and assist to help you progress in the art.
This studio is focussed on the journey, not the destination.

We have our own dedicated studio and we do not enter contracts.
You stay and train because you see the value in what we do.
Adults only classes
Tuesday and Thursday
Beginners 6.15pm - 7.15pm
Intermediate 7.30pm - 8.45pm
Childrens only classes
Thursday 3.30pm - 4.45pm
Saturday 9.00am - 10.00am (5-8 years)
Saturday 10.00am - 11.00am (9-12 years)
Private lessons available.
Ideal for privacy, focus on specific area and test preperation.
