Programs & Class Schedule
Our club is unique blend of traditional karate, self defence, weaponry and floor on floor combat. We specialise in classes specifically designed for women and children, which can be hard to find in such a male dominated sport! We encourage fitness, self confidence and co-ordination through fun and learning but we also hold true to the discipline of Martial Arts. Our club has been successful in tournaments in both South Australia and Nationally.
Fully qualified Instructors both male and female with over 20 years experience.
We have Dojo's at Thomas More College, Amsterdam Cres, Salisbury Downs on Tuesday from 7 – 8:30 pm, Saint Aidan’s Church, Corner of O.G Road and Payneham Road Marden Fridays from 6:30pm to8:00pm and Madison Park Primary School, Lincoln Ave, Salisbury East Thursdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
