I am a student of the Scotts TaeKwon-Do Australia also known as the Australian TaeKwon-Do Ki-DoKan Interantional and I have been practising this ITF style of taekwon-do and have benefited with my health and learning self-defence as well, the classes in Ipswich at the Model Band Hall, Basin Pocket has been good for me.

The instructors at Scotts TaeKwon-Do Australia are very approachable, respectful and very professional and knowledgeable.
I have now been practising Scotts TaeKwon-Do for over 2 years and high recommend the Basin Pocket Scotts TaeKwon-Do Australia without hesitation because of the taekwon-do classes are excellent as you can pace yourself and the training can also be adapted for your own ability, which makes the training more appealing.
The Scotts TaeKown-Do curriculum is of high quality and for this very reason you know as a taekwon-do student you are getting quality training in the ITF style of taekwon-do.
The benefits are execellent you gain energy, more rang of movement in your limbs, balance, self-confidence, respect, slf-respect, coordination, an indomitalbe spirit, and training in a safe environment.
