This is an amazing place to develop and expand your knowledge of varied martial arts with the vast knowledge and technical experience that Sifu Paul brings. Amongst the light hearted banter there is a serious work ethic and respect for the traditions of each discipline and Sifus generosity and passion for them all is contagious. Can't wait for our next session

I have been practicing martial arts both nationally and internationally for over 20 years and I rarely come across such a knowledgable and caring sensei/sifu. I'm always impressed with the amount of technique, detail and correction in every class.

I've had no previous training in martial arts and have quickly come to appreciate the training approach. I feel challenged but also encouraged during each session and I feel I am learning new skills constantly.
I have been studying with Sifu Paul Borrett for years and he truly represent the spirit of martial arts, humble, technical, deep knowledge of the martial world. To be able to train with him is a gift.
