Jik Cheung Kung Fu is a modern and practical Kung Fu style that is both easy to learn and apply and is appropriate for students of both sexes and ages 5 years up and all strength levels, We Do not do any Competition style training, it is strictly Close Quarter Combative Training and is used as Self-Defense only.
Students need to be willing to dedicate both time and effort to learning and training in the basics and in the development of a moderate level of flexibility and fitness. Jik Cheung Kung Fu is enjoyed for its excellent self-defense applications and its health, fitness and over all well being as well as preparing you mentally and physically for an attack, whether it may be verbal or physical, this Style will heighten your awareness and train your body to how it would naturally respond (reflex) when attacked.
Learning how to recognize intention of aggression and knowing what tools to use at what time to be able to fight your way out of an attack (keeping in mind, force must also parallel danger) or talk your way out of a situation and create enough distance to be able to safely walk away.

WOMAN'S SELF DEFENCE
Our objective is to Provide a basic form of Self Defence against common attacks as well as learning Environmental Awareness, Stress Management, Tool and Target development (Striking) Foot Work and Standing up Drills.
The last place you want to be is on the ground or in a fist fight, Striking should be the last option however a learnt skill base just the same.
learning how to recognize intention of aggregation will be the primary focus of training as well as situation awareness and learning to trust your gut feeling.
We are not offering a course there will be a structured class with the opportunity to grade when participants are ready to go from Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced.
Participants can continue training or participants with leadership skills can go back to the beginning and start teaching the skills (under supervision) they have learnt to the new participants and in hand Woman empowering Women.
