Box Hill Jiu Jitsu
Box Hill Jiu Jitsu is a not-for-profit organisation that is run by volunteers for the benefit of its members. We are located at Aqualink, Surrey Drive, Box Hill, Victoria and are a member of the Australian Jujitsu Federation.
We tailor our training to your needs and our mixed ability classes ensure that new students are always welcome to commence on their personal journey with martial arts training. The instructors and assistants will lead you through the training progressively using approaches that suits your learning style and goals.
We believe that everyone can benefit from regularly practising a martial art. Our students are not preparing to fight in a competition or learning how to beat someone up, instead the focus is upon improving their knowledge of themselves through a gradual exploration of physical and mental limits.
