My sons had the opportunity to train at this club for just under 2 years having moved to NSW from New Zealand. We were after a club that would have excellent instruction, as well as being competitive. We found this and far more in Budokan Judo. Both of my boys judo improved 100% with my eldest being selected to the NSW team for Nationals for 2 years running. In his second year of training at the club he achieved a huge milestone of becoming a junior boys National champion! None of this would have been possible without the expert coaching from current NSW and National coaches, but also the mentoring from many of the high level seniors who willingly give their time to help the younger members of the club. The family type atmosphere is something that we cherished during our time at the club and to this day we stay very much in contact with the coaches, and return across the ditch to see our 'Budokan family' and compete with them at regional tournaments. I could never recommend this club enough whether it be for fitness, self defense or competition at the highest level. They truly cater for everything!

I have been a member of Budokan Judo club for nearly 11 years. In that time, I have work hard alongside my passionate coaches and the results show that everything they do for me as helped me achieve my dreams. I would recommend my club to anyone who wants results in a fun, family-like environment!

Budokan Judo Club is a highly professional, well organised and has a warming environment to learn judo. The extensive knowledge, enthusiasm, respect and support given from all the coaches makes it a club I would highly recommend.

Budokan Judo Club is a well run, family orientated sporting club. The depth of coaching staff provides quality instruction and support for everyone no matter what their level or age. All new members are warmly welcomed.
