The best games are a complex dialogue of effortless kicks and evasions, acrobatics and theatrics. Capoeira Aruanda is under the leadership of Mestre Borracha, who has been teaching in Australia since 1992. Beginners are always welcome. Capoeira gives an artistic face to combat. Within the game there is a feeling of beauty. The capoeirista is an artist and an athlete, a warrior and a poet. The best games are a complex dialogue of effortless kicks and evasions, acrobatics and theatrics. Our programs are designed to guide you from the fundamentals to the spectacular.

Members of the Teaching Team are authorised to teach Capoeira by Mestre Borracha Capoeira Aruanda | Pay Casually by the class, purchase a discounted 10 Class Pass, or Weekly Pay Pal Subscription | Cash, Credit Card, and Online Payment Available | Uniform is white abadas and Capoeira Aruanda t-shirt.
We are a proud member of the Novo Flow Newcastle Martial Arts, Movement and Music Community so there is also the opportunity to use your multi-class pass to cross train in the other arts offered by Novo Flow, including the Filipino martial art of Kali.
Graduada Serenata is available to run school-based children's sport or health and physical education programmes.
