The teaching team are well versed in the culture and physicality of capoeira, and are excellent at scaling all exercises to make them accessible to even the most unfit beginner! Love the community atmosphere at Novo Flow Studio, and how respectful they are to people of all backgrounds and fitness levels. The philosophical talks are always entertaining!!
