Central Coast Karate For Kids
Karate for Kids teaches karate in a safe, happy and encouraging environment where children have fun, get fit and be active. Our students learn self defence and anti-bullying skills, discipline, respect and other life skills, and develop personal discipline and confidence while having fun and making new friends with inclusive games and drills.
Classes are separated by age so all students train at their skill and maturity level. We accept kids as young as 3 with shorter lessons focusing on listening and social skills and respect. Karate For Kids is just for kids... No adults, ever!
Karate for Kids classes are dynamic and fun and they suit everyone with well rounded classes, incorporating games, fitness activities, self defence skills and basic techniques.
All Karate For Kids instructors are WWCC checked and approved.

Programs & Class Schedule
We currently train on Saturday mornings at Point Clare School Hall. Classes are separated by age, so students are always training at their skill and maturity level.
Our "Peewees" are our 3 - 4 year olds, and train from 9:15 to 9:45AM. They learn listening and social skills, and how to treat each other with respect and train safely, with lots of inclusive games, activities and drills.
Our "Ninjas/Samurais" are our 5, 6 and 7 year olds, and train from 9:45 to 10:30. They learn basic techniques, combinations and self-defence skills, fitness and flexibility, discipline and respect, and always end with a game.
