Excellent school for young children through to Adults. High percentage of female senior instructors

A very good style and training facility to learn a highly effective martial art.
Shihan Glen Gibbons is a very hands on instructor who teaches the majority of classes himself (which is rare for a 7th Dan!).
There is a large percentage of female instructors and students (about 50%) and this style and facility caters for students from young children (3+) though to veterans/seniors (40+).
The dojo actively participates in tournaments around the country and is often very well represented in the place winners.
Kyokushin is a very enjoyable martial art and is full contact (in a very controlled environment) and will help anyone gain confidence, strength, flexibility, fitness and a sense of purpose. Highly recommended.
