I have been bringing my 7 year old son Cooper for taekwondo classes here for a year and a half, and am amazed at his transformation, attention and focus. He has learnt self discipline, and his behaviour has improved out of sight at home and at school. Taekwondo has made such a huge difference to our lives, thank you City West!!! I recommend all my friends and family to this amazing family oriented club.
