I've been training at the gym before it was even called combat lab, it's an environment to promote as it has great trainers, good training partners and even better ethics. I would fully recommend it to youngsters just starting up for some exercise to fully equiped martial artists wanting a different view. The best aspect of the gym is the Bjj as the coach is a well seasoned black belt with plenty of experience.
I went to the combat lab for a little bit and it was great. However, I had a lot of trouble getting in contact with them to cancel my membership and am still having problems.
