Programs & Class Schedule

We deliver training in an enjoyable learning environment that will take students on their journey through to black belt. Our instructors bring skills from different areas of martial arts and have the proven qualifications to match.
Crow applies the laws of physics and anatomy to help our students to gain a deeper understanding with more effective use of techniques.

The program includes
Striking techniques for beginners and advanced
Knowledge of self defense and its application
Locking, joint manipulation and throwing skills
Grappling styles, holds and escapes
Fitness, flexibility and muscular development
Dynamic evasion and defense
Application of self defense
Multiple attacker defense
Identify key signs of danger for prevention
Psychological and communication skills
Weapons training for defense and demonstration
Fight training in a controlled and safe environment

Martial arts training is about preparing a range of skills to keep you safe. Here at crow, we prepare our members with awareness, strategies and personal defense that allows multiple choices to protect oneself or others if and when the need arises.

Classes cater for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. With separate classes for adults, school students and children in each category.
