Amazing, friendly instructor & a phenomenal martial art! I have practiced many martial arts & tried different schools in Melbourne, but this is by far the best & most efficient martial art I've been trained in, by the best instructor I've found yet. It focuses on relaxed power & self-defense. It's a martial art I know I can put to good use if ever attacked - and it works. Gives me my dose of exercise too. I highly recommend going in for a class & testing it out. You'll be hooked straight away.
