We have classes in Clearview and Reynella East and cater to children and adults in separate classes. Our kids classes focus on courtesy, courage, communication, anti-bullying and self-defence tactics. Our adults classes focus on self-defence against highly realistic attacks (ie; MMA) in a classical setting.
Classes are suitable for any age, gender or physical ability. We cater equally for the beginner or the existing black-belt looking to extend their studies. Our team of teachers and students are friendly and we have a great time training and at social events.... every class ends with a high 5!
