Our karate style is Aishin-Kai karate which includes SABAKI. This is the use of 'body shifting' which when accompanied with Aishin-Kai karate, creates a powerful, in close style of martial arts.
Your black belt instructor controls all training for both juniors and seniors so safety and personal interest is taken for each student to ensure a positive outcome.
Our womens self defence courses are designed to empower women with the ability to protect themselves and their loved ones. We teach you simple, effective techniques that you can use from day one without constant practice.
