The Deshi-do martial arts centre is a fully equiped fitness centre catering for people of all ages, our instructors are fully qualified in teaching and promoting fitness and well being.
We teach the style of Shito-ryu karate do, to both Adults and children, we also offer fitness classes as well as a keep fit program for children of all ages. Our karate classes are all kept reality based so as to give our students confidence in knowing that what they are learning will work.
