Beware it is a absolute joke to cancel your membership and i am about to start a vcat case to try and retrieve money they continued to debted from me after the membership was cancelled

Previously I have gone to other boxing and kick boxing schools but never have I been given such constructive, detail orientated guidance on my technique. Being a female participating in a male dominated sport it is of high importance to feel welcomed, comfortable and supported in the place that I choose to train. ENRG is an environment that does just that. Not only is the instructor absolutely wonderful at teaching the class, hilarious and super friendly but you learn from your peers and real fighters who compete in the sport. My life has changed completely after beginning my fitness journey at ENRG. Last year, I never excercised because I was afraid of the people at the gym judging me and I was afraid to find out just how unfit I was. Since joining ENRG, I have met so many wonderful people, made many new friends and learnt life long knowledge about health, fitness and nutrition. No longer am I unfit, instead I'm in love with fitness. I'm now someone who is at the gym at least four nights a week. For me that is a huge achievement. Mauy Thai has always been the next step for me at ENRG. Since starting the classes I have already begun to build a new knowledge base in Mauy Thai and gained even more friends at Mauy Thai. I look forward to seeing how my skills can improve with ENRG's champion instructor to show me the way!

I've been training mauy Thai at enrg since January this year. This is definetly the place to train if you want to learn proper technique and traditional mauy Thai! Excellent atmosphere and a really good crew to train with! They run a beginners class and experienced class so it's good for first timers I would recommend enrg's mauy thai classes to anyone looking to fight, train or even to just keep fit

The most authentic ground roots muay thai you will find out side of Thailand. Not only a Great trainer but he is also a world champion enough said. It is also a great place to go for as it is a full gym with worldclass equipment and staff . I never look twice at the gym for year because being in a real gym i thought it would more boxercise than anything else but as soon as I walked in i regretted not going in 2 years earlier. Do yourself a favor and come and have a look you never regret it.
