Power Karate Australia is aligned to the International Karate Organisation World Zen Kyokushin located in Japan.
Eastside dojo is operated by Sensei Rob De Soza who commenced training in 1979 under Sensei Steve Mulcahy .
The school teaches modern karate with traditional values.
Ages start at 5 years and age is no barrier.

Training times abs days:
Monday’s 6 - 7.30 pm
Wednesday’s 5.15 - 6.15 pm
Saturday’s 9 - 11 am
Children’s classes are held at 9 am on Saturday’s for 45 minutes
First two classes are free!!
