Been training here with my kids for years. Instructors are world class and they don’t allow for silly behavior of parents, they are there to make our children and students the best they can be and if a parent starts acting like a “dance mum” they ask them to move along, respect, care, and good vibes

Instructors are awesome, patient, dedicated I took my son there to learn confidence, coordination and the sport all which is working.

Downside, front of house you provide feedback and it's taken negatively, every communication is via email, you are rarely contacted back when you leave a message on there message service.

They have installed heaters and lighting which is awesome, however this not turned on during this cold summer, no seats outside parents are made to stand and are told to bring there own seats or picnic blankets, which is fine if there is no rain.

Prior to the June lockdown Elite deducted 2 weeks premium, however 1 week was in the lockdown an we were not the only ones and Elite did not offer to refund this and we had to fight for the refund, how many others are due refunds from their membership?

Good place for kids, not so family oriented, there are many other martial arts clubs in the area, most not as large or corporate oriented than Elite.

Gradings you are asked to pay cash, if you say I will pay by card, you are told no cash no grading.

If you as parents want to be treated with humility and respect talk to other martial arts centres there some new start up martial arts centres starting to establish themselves in the are, visit them check ✔ the vibe, the atmosphere Prior to signing with Elite.

Businesses can only survive with feedback, humility and customers and Elite front of house have no humility or service standard.

Their instructors, (not to many left now) are good however the whole business needs to be fantastic and Elite is not.

Been there for a while now. Some pointers if you're thinking of coming over.

1. Don't complain, otherwise you will be shut down

2. Expect to be reprimanded if you provide negative comments.

3. Ego is the driving force for this school

4. Schools motto: ' you got money? We want you!'

5. Can guarantee if you pay for the belt you will pass grading

6. Upselling is a must! Private lessons is required to be seen as their family member.

7. Don't have money? No worries, they will still debit your account and get defensive if you chase them up.

8. Cash is king at this place! Digital banking is not recommending. ATOs best client.

9. You need to pay for Brens acting classes, so everything is marked up! Do not buy the same item cheaper

Somewhere else, you won't be their favourite student.

10. Modelling career failed, have Karen vibes or you've got no extra talents, no problems be a receptionist

At this school, be the face of a Karen and take it out on the parents that pay your mortgages and have stuck

By you through covid.

Final and best advice. .. shop some where else. There's no family in money!
