When I first went to the class I was nervous but the Instructors were quick to make me feel at ease. They were really good teachers & I picked it up pretty quickly. My fitness improved out of sight & my mental health received a massive boost. I really like how they are traditional and reinforce a respectful environment & developing good character, rather than violent meatheads like some martial art classes I've been to.
Would love to come back, after 23 years. See you in 2019
