We offer-
* Kids Martial Arts/BJJ (6yr-12rs)
Kids classes are based on the adult training syllabus but catered to the right age group. As well the classes involve games that help coordination and fitness to keep the children engaged and active. Fightcross kids BJJ is affiliated with Machado BJJ and our students are graded in the Machado system.
* Colts MMA (13-16yrs)
Teens classes are based on the adult training syllabus but catered to the right age group.

* Wrestling
Wrestling is a form of combat sport involving grappling type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds.
* Brazilian Ju-jistu
Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a martial art, combat sport, and a self-defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.
* Mixed martial arts
Mixed martial arts (MMA), is a full contact combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, from a variety of other combat sports.
* Striking
A combination of boxing and Muay Thai focusing on standup fighting utilising punches, kicks, knees and elbows.
