Great Instruction & Place to train, Excellent equipment! MMA cage training is awesome!
Was fun when I first started but then got a little boring so I left to look for a better place and found what I was looking for. Just didn’t get what I wanted out of it neither did my 12 year old daughter. Way over priced and didn’t think I was getting what I paid for
