The instructors at this class are very knowledgeable, professional and highly qualified. I think it is fantastic that this class offers separate children's classes to adults and I always get a great workout. There is a great sense of pride evident in the instructors, black belts and students in these classes. The instructors are about the improvement of the standards of techniques that we, as students demonstrate.
There is such a strong sense of tradition about these classes and I look forward to attending each training session.
High quality instruction from professional instructors.

Classes offer practical self defence applications which I'm confident will assist me in any situation.
