A great place to train for all ages.
I really like that this martial art is traditional and doesn't take part in competitions.
A really welcoming and professional training environment with strong focus on practical self defence, fitness, discipline and respect.
Also great that there is no lock in contracts.

A non-competitive Tae Kwon Do school, with focus on teaching a traditional martial art and self defence. Great for Kids, adults and families. Its run by an excellent Instructor, with a lot of experience and runs and energetic class.

A great Tradional martial art, with excellent instructor, with many years of experience. Great place to learn, at any age.
Miss 14 has severe anxiety, yet taking her to Albany First TaeKwonDo has encouraged her to do things we never imagined she would do. Instructor Adam is professional, supportive, knowledgeable, and so passionate about what he is teaching. Adam's guidance, along with the other students' support, has encouraged our Miss to come out of her shell a little. The pricing is so inexpensive, and the students are learning real self-defence, there's no smoke and mirrors here. I highly recommend Albany First TaeKwonDo to everyone, children and adults alike.
