I have been attending this class for several years, after trying out other martial arts in the local area.
This class stood out right away as being an authentic, traditional art (non competitive). I wasn't looking at competition styles as I wanted the primary focus of my training to be on realistic self defence skills.
The instructors at this centre are professional and skilled in this style.
I recommend to anyone looking to increase their fitness, health and/ or confidence.
