A great local place to learn Tae Kwon Do

My daughter recently started at First Tae Kwon Do, Ocean Reef as an older beginner. Darrell and the black belts are very supportive, skilled and patient instructors. My daughter absolutely loves the sport, and training at Ocean Reef was a fantastic start for her.

This art has allowed me to achieve and maintain a high level of fitness, discipline and confidence that I take with me into all aspects of my life. The instructors are passionate and dedicated, and the classes are fun, safe and family friendly - my wife and my son are students too! First Tae Kwon Do is a fantastic way to learn a traditional non-competitive form of self defence.

I have studied at ocean reef for the past 10 years and I have learnt more from this school than I ever did in any other arts.
Quality martial arts organisation, teaching self defence and the art of Tae Kwon Do. My Son has been a student of the Ocean Reef class for the past 12 years and it has helped him with his confidence, strength and discipline. Thanks to the amazing Instructors who support and develop children like my son.
