A way of being without ego. Walk quietly through life but carry a huge stick. There is only one true fudoshin and that is the teachings of Bob Lawrence in his later years. The syllabus must be followed precisely to achieve the truth. It cannot be watered down as many have. You cannot have a seed and call it a plant. It takes time, the right ingredients and knowledge to make a plant from that seed
