I have found GKR Karate Charmhaven to be a very supportive and professional place to train. The instructors are enthusiastic, encouraging and patient, creating a positive environment where students can build confidence, fitness and karate skills at their own pace. A lovely, welcoming dojo with a great atmosphere.
