Waste of money - no good

I studied GKR for three years and got up to my third coloured belt.
I found out the hard way one day after years of training I couldn't even defend myself to a bully, left the school and never looked back!
no bag work, all work was done in a hall lining up, I couldn't even punch/rip a wet brown paper bag at that time.
-> would not recommend at all.
