Principles of GRKK is to combine both schools of traditional Japanese and Okinawan Goju Ryū Karate styles. By this method of instruction all students can acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Goju Ryu System.
Goju Ryu Karate-do Kyōkai is based in the Moreton Bay Regional area. The aim is to develop and encourage a traditional understanding of Karate-do. Members will learn about the principals and the methodology of traditional karate-do whilst under the guidance of a qualified instructors in a safe environment. Class numbers limited to 25 students. Goju Ryu Karate-do Kyōkai is a registered member of Martial Arts Australia.
Goju Ryu Karate-do Kyōkai aim is to instruct both juniors and adults in the practice of traditional karate-do, whilst making it accessible and relevant to each member and to instigate supportive training methods and to create an atmosphere within the dojo (club) where members can develop at their own pace of learning to achieve their own desired goals/outcomes. Train and progress at their own pace to their best ability, regardless of age or physical restrictions.
