Sensei Mick Chetcuti has had fifthteen years experience in the Goju Ryu Karate system. He has trained in a number of Goju Ryu Dojo’s under numerous Instructors. Mick has made an effort to specialize in the teaching of adult’s and Children who have no Martial Arts experience and are looking to better themselves through the Martial journey.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Goju Ryu Oni Ken karate-do:
Goju Ryu Oni Ken karate-do is a non-sporting Dojo, teaching the Goju Ryu style of Karate. We run Adult and Chlidrens classes.
Classes run for two hours, concentrating on conditioning and fitness in the first hour and self defence/Goju Ryu Karate in the second hour.
Classes are held twice a week:
Tuesday and Thursday Kids 5:30pm til 6:15pm, Teenagers 6:15pm til 7:00pm & Adults 7pm til 9pm
Women only Fitness Classes run by Karen Chetcuti
Monday - Boxing 6:30pm til 7:30pm
Wednesday - Boxing 6:30pm til 7:30pm / RIP 7:45pm til 8:45pm
Friday - RIP 6:30pm til 7:30pm
Saturday - Circuit 10:30am til 11:30am
All are welcome to try our way of training Karate and get two free lessons.
