Never having studied martial arts before and in my 40's I was unsure of what to expect. I felt welcome from the beginning and sensei Mick. and the higher rank guys are patiemt and great teachers. If you are an. adult looking to begin your. martial. arts journey, you'd be mad not. to come to Oniken dojo.
