I started Brisbane Hapkido with my wife and two kids as a regular family workout a year ago. My kids and I are still doing it and having a great fun at each lesson. Hapkido is a really good and safe martial art for young and old. Hapkido boosts not only your physical strength, body coordination and balance, but also mental health and memory improvement through learning various Hapkido techniques and forms. It also helps you manage your stress and anger, and lose weight. The Instructors are friendly and well trained to run the classes, and Master Millwood always ensures every club member to learn and follow Moo Moo Kwan Hapkido and its principles. Don't hesitate. Just come and try out our Hapkido. You're gonna love it. Trust me.

My kids just love Hapkido and they managed to get me coming along too. Its great because I can participate and get exercise instead of sitting and watching all the time.
This is the real Hapkido, true self defense, great instructors to teach you. They are part of Moo Moo Kwan which is the oldest [modern] Hapkido school in the world, the founder is still teaching in South Korea, and a local 9th Dan Grand Master down the road on the Gold Coast (3rd highest ranked in the world). Brisbane are winners of international competitions beating the Koreans in South Korea (2013). Friendly family atmosphere. Down to earth, they know their stuff.
