Heart of The Orient is the first Dojo in the world completely designed, built and run by the passion and motivation of one man: its founder Fabio Zambelli.
Hand-crafted with passion and pure Italian artisan skills using 70% of recycled material, our aim is to inspire people to embrace their enthusiasm in Kungfu by expressing it in all possible ways, not only martial.
Heart of The Orient is also the headquarter of the Shunlian Shenghuo Kungfu Academy, established in Italy by Shifu Fabio Zambelli and then brought to Australia in 2012.

Programs & Class Schedule
Attendance to the Dojo (Monday to Friday) is granted only to Students/Members with a valid Pass-Card. You can purchase your Card directly at our Dojo on Saturdays (see timetable) by appointment, texting 0416453936 or simply by mailing us.
If you are not totally sure about the right class for you, feel free to book an appointment with us: we will give you all the necessary information, whilst you enjoy the peace and tranquillity of our dojo. Enrollment day is Saturday afternoon (between 9:30 and 16:30) by appointment.
Who can join your Kung fu Academy?
Minimum age for enrolling: 13 years old.
If you don’t know where to start, we strongly recommend you to join our Basic Kung fu class, which is meant to take you to the highest levels of the martial arts world step by step, from the first punch to the highest kick. If, instead, you are confident to learn a specific style, welcome on board and let’s start training.
*Shaolin kung fu is a complete way of living. Differently to widespread fighting sports, we teach you to master your body and mind before acting. This is why we prefer to meet you in person before you begin your training.
