Traditional Japanese Iaido from the old Hokushin Itto school which was famous in the Edo period and then influenced by the then Shinto Iaido masters teaching, blended in the Taisho period.
Very traditional, about breathing, Zen. self analysis and self improvement through a traditonal martial art. People are really friendly, it is a life discipline not a sword course
