The 'Impact Self Defence Centre' (previously known as Karate School) is the longest serving and largest Martial Arts centre in Durgadin Drive, Albion Park Rail.
At a minimum, we always offer a 2-week FREE trial period that will allow you or your child the chance to come and trial our classes and see first hand, what it is we do and how we can make an IMPACT in your life!
Our centre is for the Mind, Body and Soul. Not only will you gain lifelong skills in the fighting arts, learning how to defend yourself, keep yourself safe and confidentately stand up to bullies, but you will also learn how to strength your mind, allowing you to become disciplined, focused and handle future obstacles with less anxiety and fear.
