INRG MARTIAL ARTS & FITNESS GYM is a family owned and friendly gym located in the heart of Seven Hills close to BUNNINGS and RED ROOSTER on Abbott Road. The gym is run by husband and wife Khun Khru Erick and Khru Anne Bayot. Both are very passionate and certified instructors with over 25 years of combined experience in Martial Arts, having fought in the ring and still continue to train all over the world. INRG GYM is open from 5pm Monday to Friday (Saturday 9am) and is fully matted and has a 6m elevated Boxing Ring with Heavy Bags and weight equipment. INRG MARTIAL ARTS & FITNESS GYM is a 160 sqm facility we are a Thai Boxing Association affiliated and World Muay Thai Council Member Gym as well as now an affiliated GRACIE OCEANIA BJJ Club. We have been operating in Seven Hills since September 2005. The gym is fully matted for your safety and is equipped with 6ft Heavy Bags, Speed ball, and a 6x6 metre Pro Boxing Ring. There are both male & female toilet facilities. An upstairs office with an internal balcony housing exercise bikes, elliptical machines and weights. There is also an INRG Store at the gym which can supply all your training gear needed for the classes.
All Instructors at INRG are certified and experienced in the art of Muay Thai. We also have professional coaches for BOXING and GRACIE OCEANIA BJJ. Khun Khru Erick , and Khru Anne are certified by AJARN SURACHAI SIRISUTE of the THAI BOXING ASSOCIATION (www.thaiboxing.com) and both have fight experience and have travelled and trained numerous times not only in Thailand, but all over the world in order to teach the best training methods to our members.
