We provide classes for adults and children of all skill levels, from beginner to professional athlete. Our MMA Classes are run by Head Coach Rob Giuffrida.
We run Kids & Teens Martial Arts Classes that teach discipline, self defence, respect, self-confidence and much more. Classes are a great way for kids to get fit, maintain a healthy lifestyle and have fun with other kids.
