Training inside the BodySmith Fitness Dojo in Noarlunga Centre, SA, JKA Noarlunga teaches traditional Shotokan Karate, under the instruction of Matt Smith Sensei 2nd Dan and David Rigby Sensei 5th Dan. Forming part of the Japan Karate Association Karate-Do Australia (JKA KDA) under Jim Wood MBE Sensei 7th Dan JKA, we teach in accordance with directives from Japan Karate Association headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.
Membership is by way of the BodySmith Fitness Centre and being a 24 hour gym, Karate students (of appropriate age) also have access to the Bodysmith Dojo for respectful kata practice 24 hours a day.
