JKA teaches traditional Shotokan style of karate. The standards taught are of the highest level in keeping with the technical requirements set by JKA Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.

Children Classes 6 yrs-12 yrs (Novice) Monday & Wednesday 6-7 pm
Children Classes 6 yrs-12 yrs (Advanced) Tuesday & Thursday 6-7 pm
Children Classes 6 yrs-12 yrs (All grades) Saturday mornings 10-11 am
Teenagers 13 yrs-17 yrs (All grades) Monday & Wednesday 7-8.30 pm
Adults (All grades) Monday & Thursday 7-8.30 pm & Saturday morning 11 am-12 pm
Adults (Advanced) Tuesday 7-8.30 pm & Saturday afternoon 12 pm-1 pm
