not for me

Came and did a lesson and was not impressed with the level of instruction there were lots of kids running round and being quit silly the insructor seemed to have no control over them which comprimised the level of training i was looking for it was of a very poor standerd the instructor seemed like a nice lady but was a poor place for myself to train
The dojo is new, having been around for just over one year.
There is training for both children and seniors.
J Smith (previous reviewer) must have trained with the children and yes they can they can be easily distracted.
However the seniors training is excellent.
It is worth a try as the first two lessons are free.
